The checkbook includes transactions made by the executive branch beginning in Fiscal Year 2014 through the previous month. The checkbook is filterable by fiscal year, department, vendor name (payee), expense category, or any combination. The data presented in the checkbook does not include Legislative or Judicial branch transactions, payroll system transactions, and payment transactions by the Board of Regents’ Institutions. Additionally, confidential or sensitive data protected by State (e.g. Iowa Code Section 22.7 or other applicable Iowa Code section) or federal law (e.g. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and Social Security Number Protection Act) has been redacted.
